ABOUT THE BENTON COUNTY FAIR

Making Memories and Celebrating Community

BCFA, Inc. is charitable tax-exempt 501c3 that is dedicated to promoting youth development and respect for cultural diversity. The mission of the Benton County Fair is to provide a gathering place for all communities to showcase their products and skills. We strive to create educational, social, cultural and economic opportunities to preserve and promote agricultural traditions. Operations of the fairgrounds’ facilities are to serve the community by providing multipurpose venues for public and private events in a responsible manner to generate economic and tourism development in our community.

Celebrating our 115th Anniversary!

We want to thank our past sponsors for their help in growing attendance to record levels with over 33,000 visitors in 2018. The Premium Junior Livestock Auction raised over $149,000 benefiting area youth directly to help further their education and development.

We will celebrate our 115th Anniversary in 2019. While we come together just one week out of the year with thrilling carnival rides, homemade garden to table pies, jams and artesian crafts, educational exhibits and livestock shows, the mission and work of the Benton County Fair is a year-long 365-day commitment.

We have an exciting event planned for 2019 and we hope you will join us. In addition, we continue to grow other events held at the Benton County Fairgrounds and as sponsor, you will benefit from year-long recognition for your contribution. Please make your tax-deductible charitable sponsorship today and we look forward to seeing you at the Fair.
